At AnyShape, we take pride in creating high-quality, custom-made products tailored specifically to your order. Since each item is uniquely personalized according to your specifications, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once the order has been processed and produced.
All Sales Are Final
Due to the customized nature of our products, all sales are final. Please ensure that all personalization details, including text, color, size, and design choices, are correct at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
We will only offer replacements or refunds in the following cases:
- If the product arrives damaged due to shipping.
- If there is a manufacturing defect or an error on our part (e.g., incorrect customization that differs from your order confirmation).
